Plain answer
What changes in the next edition of ISO 30301?
The public record does not publish the PRF clause text, so this site does not state the draft changes. It does show what changed between the 2011 and 2019 editions, because the committee published that comparison, and it labels the next edition as unknown.
What is public
The ISO page, the stage record and the abstract are public. The proof itself is sold by ISO and is not reproduced here. No public summary of the third edition clause changes was found that could be attributed to ISO.
What is proven about the last revision
The 2019 edition introduced clauses 4.2 and 4.4, moved appraisal into 8.2, rewrote 8.3 around Annex A, rebuilt Annex A into processes, controls and systems, simplified documented information, and changed the awareness and communication requirements. The crosswalk on the revision page lists each old clause and its new home.
Why we do not guess the next one
A draft change page built from a search snippet or a competitor summary would be a claim we cannot source. The site therefore reads the requirement that applies today, gives the stage record, and says where the record stops.
What to do with that
Prepare the work that is right under either edition: the 8.2 appraisal analysis, the Annex A process map, the documented information controls and the evidence an auditor asks for. Those survive a wording change.
