QUESTIONS

Before you buy

Is the kit a subscription?

No. The kit is USD 299, charged once, and the files are yours under a single organization licence. The change watch is the subscription, at USD 29 a month, and it is separate.

What is in the kit exactly?

A 28-record obligation register with the citation, the requirement in our words, the evidence an auditor asks for, the common gaps and the 2011 to 2019 crosswalk; an evidence list by clause; and a dated plan to the earlier and later transition case. PDF, CSV and XLSX.

Can I share the kit with my client?

The single-organisation kit covers one organisation and the consultants working for it. A consultant with several clients can buy a kit per client or write to support@theartofservice.com to arrange multiple copies.

What does the watch send?

An email only when the rule, its guidance or a date changes. It names the field that changed, the old and new value, and the source. It also sends when a stage record changes, such as a move from 50.00 to 50.20 or 60.60. If nothing changed, it sends nothing.

Is the kit legal advice or a certification?

No. It is a reference and a plan. It does not certify, does not audit and does not replace your certification body, your lawyer or the Global ACI arrangements.

Can I cancel the watch?

Yes, from the account page, at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund a month already started.

Not legal advice; does not certify. Prices in US dollars, charged by Stripe. The terms and the privacy page state the licence and the data flow.

THE RECORD

The rules this is built from

Every line names its source. The 25 clause-level records and the 3 Annex A records for the requirements that apply today are written from the published ISO 30301:2019, in our words; the evidence and the common gaps are our reading, cited to the clause. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record and the committee's published comparison. Where the record is silent, the page says so. Read from the real rules, not invented.

25 CLAUSE RECORDS

ISO 30301:2019, clause by clause

Each clause page states the requirement in our words, the evidence, the gaps and what to do before the revision lands.

3 ANNEX RECORDS

Annex A, normative

Processes, controls and systems. Requirements, not guidance, and each one has its own page.

6 PROVEN CHANGES

What changed in 2019

The committee's own comparison of the 2011 and 2019 editions, with the old clause and its new home.
