A labelled sample of the kit
Five rows from the register, rendered from the live record, plus the gap list, the evidence list and the plan page they feed. The paid kit carries all 28 clause and Annex A records, the full evidence list, the common gaps and the dated plan, as PDF, CSV and XLSX. This page is a sample: it is not your data and it is not the whole kit.
| Clause | Requirement | First evidence item | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4.1.2 | Records requirements | Appraisal report or records requirements analysis per business process, approved and dated | Owner to assign |
| 8.2 | Determining records to be created | Documented records analysis for each business process, approved by top management | Owner to assign |
| 8.3 | Designing and implementing records processes, controls and systems | Design specification tracing each requirement to a process, control or system feature | Owner to assign |
| 9.1 | Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation | Monitoring plan naming each measure, method, frequency and owner | Owner to assign |
| A.2 | Annex A.2: Records controls | Approved metadata schema and classification scheme with version and owner | Owner to assign |
The sample shows the shape, not the full wording. The owner column is blank in the kit because the owner is yours to assign. The full kit adds the other 23 records, the gap list, the evidence list and the dated plan.

The rules this is built from
Every line names its source. The 25 clause-level records and the 3 Annex A records for the requirements that apply today are written from the published ISO 30301:2019, in our words; the evidence and the common gaps are our reading, cited to the clause. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record and the committee's published comparison. Where the record is silent, the page says so. Read from the real rules, not invented.
ISO 30301:2019, clause by clause
Each clause page states the requirement in our words, the evidence, the gaps and what to do before the revision lands.
