The sources behind every line
There are three kinds of source here, and the pages say which one a line comes from: the published standard that applies today, the public record of the proof, and the committee's own comparison and guidance. The ISO 30301:2019 text is not reproduced. The ISO/PRF 30301 requirement text is not public and is not reproduced.

Guidance in the same family, named only
ISO 30300:2020 (vocabulary), ISO 30302:2022 (implementation guidance), ISO 15489-1:2016 (concepts and principles), ISO/TR 26122 (work process analysis), ISO/TR 21946 (appraisal), ISO/TR 18128 (risk assessment) and the ISO 23081 series (metadata) are in the same family. They support topics this standard names, but this product does not hold their text. They are named here so a reader knows where the guidance stops and the requirement begins. See the the ISO catalogue, iso.org.
How the sources are used
- The requirement today is written from our ISO 30301:2019 clause record. The evidence and the common gaps come from the same held record.
- The clause titles and the number set are taken from the public preview contents of ISO 30301:2019.
- The crosswalk and the clause substance are taken from the committee's own comparison of the 2011 and 2019 editions (WG 8 N 163), which quotes each main-clause requirement.
- The Annex A reading uses the committee's explanatory paper on documented information, named on the Annex pages.
- The dates are from the ISO stage record and the Global ACI transition documents. The planning date and the window are estimates, labelled as such. No ISO 30301 transition document has been issued.
